Finally got to try this little hidden gem, we've passed by this place for years and spoken about trying it out sometime, well last night was the night!! First of all, do not judge this place by the look of the exterior of the building, the interior is quite nice and inviting. This was our first Hot Pot experience, so we were unaware on how the whole.process worked, but the server/owner walked us thru from start to finish :-) great first Hot Pot experience over all and we look forward to our next visit. They have quite the extensive traditional Chinese stir fry dishes along with their Hot Pot menu

Literally walked into this shady looking stand alone lil shop and was blown away by the interior, food and service! We did not have the hot pot (that will be soon with a big crowd). The place is clean, the service is great, and the food reminds me of Hong Kong food. Hot and Sour soup was tasty, spicy and just sour enough to keep us slurping it up. The fast fried noodles was so good we cleaned the plates. Loved it!

Never been to a Hot Pot place. What a great introduction! Great service, explained how it worked and delicious, fresh food. Would go back when we revisit Vancouver.

Definitely better to dine in rather than take out. The restaurant looks much nicer from the inside. Staff was friendly. The portion was pretty big.

I have been to Lion Hot Pot quite a few times. Man, it is so good--not just authentic, but authentically delicious! Hot pot is all house-made with top-notch FRESH ingredients. I have been to many hot pot places in Richmond, but honestly this is by far the best, and great value. Worth noting is that you won't get the MSG syndrome because they don't use it.And not just the hot pots! They also specialize in authentic Sichuanese dishes. The hostess last time recommended their signature Sauerkraut Fish pot, and we tried it. IT WAS FANTASTIC. Easily a meal for 2-3.Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in town.

This restaurant is the good hot pot in North Vancouver.The soup are variety and tasty.Good quality of meat.Service is flair.Price is reasonable.

Accepted quality of hot pot and food. The price is acceptable. Do Not add or use their sayte sauce 沙爺. For flavoring, use simple soy sauce. Will go again.

First time having hot pot and it was so delicious! I had the lamb, my friend had the seafood. So much food! So good! The waitress was delightful, visited with us, showed us how it all worked. All so yummy. Highly recommended!
